The short version
- This site has one form, the offer form. What you type there goes to the owner of pant.com and is used only to answer your offer.
- No analytics, no advertising, no tracking, and the site itself sets no cookies.
- You can ask for your details to be deleted at any time: privacy@pant.com.
Who is responsible
pant.com is a domain name offered for sale by its owner (“the owner” below). The owner decides what happens to the details sent through this website and is the person who reads your offer.
What is collected
Only what you enter in the offer form:
- your name, your email address and the amount you offer;
- if you choose to give them, your phone number and a message.
Nothing else on the site asks you for personal details.
How it is used
To read and reply to your offer, to discuss it with you, and if you agree a deal, to complete the sale and transfer of the domain. Your details are never sold, never used for marketing, and never added to a mailing list.
If you are in the EU or UK, the legal basis is that you asked to be contacted about your offer (steps taken at your request before a possible contract), together with the owner's legitimate interest in selling the domain.
Who handles it
- Formspree, Inc. receives the form, keeps a copy in the owner's Formspree account and emails it to the owner. Formspree may also process technical data such as your IP address, for example to filter spam. See Formspree's privacy policy.
- Cloudflare, Inc. hosts this website. Like any host it processes connection data, such as IP addresses, to deliver the pages and protect the site from attacks. See Cloudflare's privacy policy.
- The owner's email provider stores the email that Formspree sends.
The site's fonts and images are served from pant.com itself, so your browser does not contact font or image services elsewhere.
Cookies and tracking
The website sets no cookies and runs no analytics, advertising or tracking code. Cloudflare may set a strictly necessary security cookie (such as __cf_bm) to tell people from automated traffic.
How long it is kept
For as long as needed to handle your offer and any sale that follows it. You can ask for deletion at any time, and it will be removed from the owner's inbox and Formspree account.
Your rights
You can ask to see, correct or delete the details you sent, or object to their use. Write to privacy@pant.com. If you are in the EU or UK, you may also complain to your data protection authority.
Changes
If this notice changes, the date at the top of the page changes with it.
